It's no secret that sustainable products have come a long way. I wanted to share a few products I've been loving that help reduce waste and are great for the environment. I've included links below for you to check out. Happy reading!

1. Reusable Produce Bags
Great for replacing those nasty plastic bags at the grocery store that you place your broccoli in, these are super easy to clean, come in varying sizes and are easily packable. I always have these on hand when I make a stop. These are the ones I use and love.

3. Coffee Cup
Who doesn't love grabbing a coffee or tea on the go, Unfortunately, those weekly coffees accumulate a lot of trash, which is not so great. I've been using the KeepCup as a replacement. Just throw it in your purse, backpack or even keep at your desk so when that coffee run comes around, you'll be prepared. They come in various colours and materials, and are insulated to keep your beverage cold or hot. It's a great way to reduce and some cafe's might even give you a discount for bringing your own cup. Win-Win! This is the one I use.

I love doing dishes .. said no one ever. Luckily, it can get a little better when you have cute dish cloths. These reusable sponge cloths from Ten & Co are antibacterial which means they wont smell, you can throw them in the dishwasher/washer to clean them AND they are so cute. If this doesn't make you want to do the dishes, nothing will. They come in a variety of colours/patterns so you can customize to your style.

6. Beeswax Wraps
These wraps will replace your plastic wrap, plastic bags and tinfoil. You'll never think twice about using those nasty plastics again. These beeswax wraps, made from hemp and cotton infused with beeswax, tree resin, and organic jojoba oil can cover or wrap up leftover food and store safely in your fridge for freshness. Reusable and antibacterial, these are a great alternative and you can feel good using them. They are on the pricier side, but are reusable and definitely worth the few extra dollars in my book to help out the environment.

8. Natural Toothpaste
This is one that definitely takes some getting used to, as they commonly don't mimic the normal white and foamy toothpaste you're used to. Natural toothpastes eliminate the unnecessary chemicals such as glycerin and fluoride along with foaming agents that are not necessary for obtaining clean teeth. This is an easy switch and can give you a little piece of mind that you're not ingesting as many chemicals into your body. There are so many great brands of toothpaste to choose from, so i encourage you try a few to find the one that's right for you.

Normal parchment paper has a silicone coating to make it non-stick, but unfortunately making it non recyclable These parchment paper sheets are unbleached and certified compostable.

10. Diva Cup
Ladies this one's for you. This is probably the thing i am most excited for in the list. It has changed my life, mainly because i am so lazy with my period and this is super low maintenance. The Diva Cup is a silicone cup that replaces the need for tampons. It can be worn for up to 12 hrs so you can basically go almost the whole day without worry. Its easily washable and create 0 waste! Throwing away all those nasty tampons in your lifetime is a crazy amount of waste. If you think you'd be willing to try the switch, I highly recommend you look into it further. Plus... this will save you so much money, and who doesn't love that.
